By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the other policies available on the website.

The website is intended for personal use only. You agree not to misuse the website, reproduce its content, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse or violation of these Terms is identified.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product images, colours, descriptions and measurements displayed on the website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography and the handcrafted nature of certain products.
Hand embroidery, prints, textures, embellishments and other artisanal details may vary from the images shown on the website. Such variations are inherent to handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product, modify product details or decline an order at any time.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability or any other reason, the amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.
In the event of an inadvertent pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.
Orders

Made-to-Order
Several of our pieces may be made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you.
Production timelines may vary depending on the design, fabric, embellishments, customisation and artisan work involved.
Once production has commenced, an order cannot be cancelled or modified unless specifically agreed to by us.
Made-to-order and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange except where required under applicable law.
Measurements & Alterations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and other details required for customised or made-to-order garments.
The final appearance and fit of a garment may vary depending on individual body measurements and proportions.
Minor variations in fit, measurements or craftsmanship may occur as part of the tailoring process.
Any alteration support offered by Olives by Sashi will be subject to the applicable product and alteration policy.
Payment
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways and available payment methods displayed at checkout.
We do not store complete credit or debit card information on our servers.
An order will be processed only after successful receipt and confirmation of payment.
Cancellation
Orders once placed may not be cancelled unless specifically permitted under our cancellation policy.
Made-to-order, customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy published on the website.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges may not be available on certain products.
Any product received in a damaged, defective or incorrect condition must be reported within the timeline specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
